• All 3G networks have been switched off at end of 2025
• 2G will remain on some networks for a limited time
• 2G will continue on Vodafone & EE – limited
• O2 will support 2G only when using local O2 UK SIMS or O2 global SIMs
• EE 2G network will close in May 2029
• UK government has set 2033 as final deadline for all 2G &3G networks to be retired
• Operators expected phase out remaining 2G services
towards the end of the decade

• Free 1 Year subscription ($50 or $63 value)
• Remaining active subscription rolls over to new device and added to 1 free year
• LTE upgrade is not covered under warranty (requires labour or service visit)
• SmartTub® warranty is for one year from the spa installation date, not the app pairing date.
• No subscription refund will be given for owners who choose not to upgrade to the LTE device
